Every time I visit a job site or talk with our crews, I’m reminded that reliability isn’t just power lines or technology, its people. Our communities trust us to keep energy flowing. We carry that responsibility every day.

For the 20th year in a row, SDG&E earned the ReliabilityOne® Award for Outstanding Reliability Performance in the West. This honor reflects the dedication and innovation of every team member. The award is recognition of our 4300 employees and the energy and care they bring 24/7/365 to keep our communities connected.

I’ve seen this commitment firsthand. Crews reinforce infrastructure. Engineers deploy new tools. Teams work tirelessly to earn community trust. In the field or behind the scenes, reliability means fewer interruptions and greater peace of mind.

This milestone marks over 20 years of strategic investment and a culture that puts safety and service first. From smart grid technology to proactive maintenance, we work so when you flip the switch, the lights stay on.

Reliability isn’t static. New challenges, extreme weather, changing energy needs each demand resilience and innovation. We’re building a smarter, cleaner system for our customers, anticipating tomorrow, and staying ahead. Powering homes and businesses isn’t just our job. It’s our responsibility.
